My Story

I grew up dancing competitively and have pursued a career as a professional dancer for the last eight years. Throughout my years as a competitive dancer and my transition into the professional dance world, I lived off of nutrient poor convenience foods and struggled with everything from headaches to low energy to digestive issues.


As I started to make the connection between what I ate and how I felt, I became increasingly interested in learning about how food could help my athletic performance and give me my energy back. This is what ultimately lead me to nutrition school! 

The Process

My approach is gentle, non-restrictive and encouraging. This means no crazy "diets" or lengthy list of restricted foods, but instead focusing on eating for life. A big part of my nutritional coaching is education: I help you understand food and your body so you aren't stuck to a system of points, counting or restriction when you leave. Instead, you'll feel empowered to make the right food choices for yourself. Together, we focus on small, incremental changes that are attainable so that you can manage your busy life while improving your health. I'm with you ever step of the way and am your biggest cheerleader.
